Shipping within India roughly takes 5-8 working days while shipping internationally takes 10-15 working days. 2. The product must be in its original unused condition and sent along with original bill and tags intact. The product must be sent through standard courier services as the customer is liable in the event of loss of the product before it reaches us.
3. Your return request should be sent to orders@muhurth.in within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Requests sent after the 24 hours of delivery of parcel will not be eligible for returns.
4. If you receive your order in a parcel and packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, you are advised NOT to accept such a parcel and DO NOT open the package. Kindly immediately get in touch with us at orders@muhurth.in & call at +91 7477777351.
5. We aim to process all returns within 7 working days and resend the ordered product.

8. Cancellations of order are eligible only before the product is shipped. An equivalent credit point will be provided which can be used for subsequent purchases.
