Our refurbishing services are offered exclusively for sarees purchased from Muhurth, ensuring that each saree receives care aligned with our weaving standards.

Once the saree reaches our unit, a detailed assessment will be conducted, following which the service charges and recommended work will be shared with the customer.

Sarees featuring decorative tassels or decorative falls may not be eligible for refurbishment, as these elements limit the scope of restoration.

The process will be initiated only after an in-person inspection and a clear discussion with the customer regarding the possibilities and limitations.

Receipt of the saree does not confirm service feasibility. Final confirmation will be provided solely after inspection, based on the saree’s condition and the intricacy of the requirement.

In instances where refurbishment is not advisable or not technically possible, the saree will be returned respectfully after consulting with the customer.

Timelines:
Estimated timelines for completion will be shared once the scope of work is finalized.

Handling & Care:
All sarees are handled with utmost care; however, pre-existing damages or ageing of the fabric may not be reversed.

Customer Responsibility:
Customers are requested to ensure the saree is free from any processes priorly done that involves chemicals from dry cleaning and high heat ironing done while draping the saree as it will completely degrade the saree and our services over that may not yield expected results.

Alterations Limitations:
Only restorative work aligned with the original weave and construction will be offered. Requests that alter the saree’s inherent structure may not be accepted.

Return Logistics:
Return shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated in advance.
