Order processing time : Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of order confirmation. Made-to-order or customised products take longer, as each is handwoven and finished with care. We will let you know the expected timeline for such pieces at the time of payment.

Shipping partners : We ship via DTDC and FedEx, depending on your location.

Domestic shipping : Shipping within India roughly takes 4-8 working days. Delivery timelines may vary if your location is classified as a "remote area" by our delivery partners.

International shipping : International orders are shipped at a flat rate of INR 3000 and roughly take 10-15 working days. International delivery schedules are subject to delays at transit, entry, customs and location accessibility points.

Express shipping : Express shipping can be opted for at checkout, with charges applicable as shown at that time. If you need any assistance with express shipping, feel free to reach out to us at orders@muhurth.in.

Tracking : Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email so you can follow your shipment's progress.

Delivery : Please ensure you or someone you trust is available at the delivery address to receive the package. We are not responsible for packages returned or left unattended due to the unavailability of someone to receive them at the time of delivery.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be re-routed or redirected to a different address. Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Any additional charges arising from re-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect address details will be borne by the customer.

In the rare event that a package goes missing in transit, please write to us at orders@muhurth.in and we will work with you to make it right.

Customs and duties : International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT levied by their country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the shipping cost.

Cash on Delivery : We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid.
